A LIVE Shamanic Sacred Sound Experience for the Conscious Dance Community...
Join us for a plunge into the deep end of the pool as we revive the untamed longings of the
Eternal Dance, the Spontaneously Arising ecstatic agony of endless bliss born at the dawn
of consciousness. Axis Mundi has long been enticing Bay Area audiences to flow into Trance
Dancing and Moving Meditation as our completely original improvised music recreates the ancient cave rituals of Vedic India. Merging Kundalini Trance Chant, Didjeridu and pulsing
World Beat Percussion, this "haunting frightening beautiful wild ground breaking Muse-sic"
metamorphoses throughout the set in a journey of whirling sacred sound and seethes with
the pure power of primal energy erupting from the cauldron of deepest inner space.

"DO NOT MISS AXIS MUNDI PERFORMING LIVE! They are better
than anything naughty you could eat, drink or smoke. Amazing,
knee weakening, intense and deep. We danced like entranced
things and blissed out to the nth degree." Chris & Robert

"I've never felt so alive and so in myself - such in-spiring dancing.
Many many thanks for the inspired concert of your moving and
outrageous music. My whole being is happy this morning, having
had the experience of all-out, all-in, all-chakra trans-dancing in
a beautiful setting." Catherine

"The sacred trance music inspired me to let go of my conditioned mind
and my whole body was flowing in a beautiful, effortless dance as if I
was carried by my ascended teachers and guardians. Within the safe,
non-judgmental & expansive womb of Axis Mundi, I found how deeply
I can connect with others. This energetic feeling of love, openness, and
ecstasy lasted for hours after the event." Yiwen
